Due to changes in statutory requirements set forth previously by both the听听and the听, and to reflect the implementation of bet365 出金 Final Rule 2021R-05F, bet365 出金 Form 4473 was revised.听 Because the new statutory requirements were designed to enhance public safety, and to ensure compliance with the cited provisions (and Final Rule 2021R-05F), the Office of Management and Budget provided bet365 出金 emergency authorization to implement the use of the revised Form 4473. That version of the Form was subsequently published for Notice and Comment Review, where upon the form has been further revised and approved for implementation.

bet365 出金 encourages all federal firearms licensees (FFLs) to begin using the Revised Form immediately. The听搁别惫颈蝉别诲听贵辞谤尘听is available on bet365 出金鈥檚听website and can be downloaded and printed for immediate use. Please note that the entire form, including instructions, must be printed, and stored together. 听Hard copies of the Revised Form are also now available for order through the听bet365 出金听Distribution Center.听

(*UPDATE: Feb 9, 2024) The Microsoft Windows version of the bet365 出金 eForm 4473 application has been updated and is now ready for download/use.

A detailed breakdown of all form changes is provided below.听The听Revised Form听will become mandatory for use on February 1, 2024. 听Please contact your听local bet365 出金 Industry Operations office听should you have any questions regarding the changes to the form.

Changes to the New Form

Section B

Question 21.b:听

  • 鈥淒o you intend to purchase or acquire any firearm listed on this form and any continuation sheet(s) or ammunition, for sale of other disposition to any person described in questions 21(b)-(l) or to a person described in question 21.m.1 who does not fall within a nonimmigrant exception?鈥 has been moved and is now question 21.n.听
    • As a result of this relocation, the numbering for all other questions below 21.a. has changed (e.g. 21.c. is now 21.b., 21.d. is now 21.c., etc.).听 Accordingly, references to these questions throughout the form have been renumbered.听

Question 21.b (Formerly Question 21.c., relocated):

  • Previously read 鈥淒o you intend to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm listed on this form and any continuation sheet(s) or ammunition in furtherance of any felony or other offense punishable by imprisonment for a term of more than one year, a federal crime of terrorism, or a drug trafficking offense?鈥. The question now reads 鈥淒o you intend to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm listed on this form and any continuation sheet(s) in furtherance of any felony or other offense punishable by imprisonment for a term of more than one year, a Federal crime of terrorism, or a drug trafficking offense?鈥
    • 鈥渙r ammunition鈥 has been removed from the question.

Question 21.m.1:

  • Removed the instruction (U.S. citizens/nationals leave 21.n.1 and 21.n.2 blank).

Questions 21.m.2:听

  • Reworded to state 鈥渋f you answered yes to questions 21m.1., do you fall within any of the exceptions stated in the instructions.鈥

Transferee Certification Statement:

  • The third sentence previously read 鈥淚 understand that a person who answers 鈥測es鈥 to any of the questions 21.b. through 21.l. and 21.n. is prohibited from receiving or possessing a firearm鈥.听听 The question now reads 鈥淚 understand that a person who answers 鈥測es鈥 to any of the questions 21.b. through 21.l. as well as 21.n. is prohibited from receiving, possessing, or purchasing a firearm.鈥

Section C

Question 24听Category of Firearm(s) to be Transferred:

  • Added 鈥渋.别.鈥 before rifle.听 Added 鈥渆.驳.鈥 before frame.
