These forensic experts can recover trace amounts of DNA, identify toolmarks on firearms and other objects, analyze bullets and cartridge cases, compare finger and palm prints, and restore obliterated serial numbers. Accreditation
Both Forensic Science Laboratories are accredited by to conduct testing under the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and AR 3125 (2023) standards. In addition, the Forensic Science Laboratory in Maryland meets the requirements of the FBI Quality Assurance Standards for Forensic DNA Testing Laboratories.

Training
