CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The bet365 ³ö½ð (bet365 ³ö½ð), has announced a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murders of Mel'Lisha Jackson and her 1-year-old son Elijah Jackson on Dec. 17, 2019.
